For more than 20 years, Lipsey Home Builders has been creating homes that stand the test of time in Sevier and Blount counties. What began with crafting classic log‑cabin-style homes has grown into a full‑service building company known for quality construction, thoughtful design, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

Over the years, we’ve built hundreds of modern chalet homes and luxury short‑term rental cabins throughout the Smoky Mountains—homes designed to perform, impress, and deliver long‑term value for owners and investors. As our company has grown, so have the needs of the families and communities we serve. Today, we’re proud to also build traditional primary residences—the kind of everyday homes you’d find in well‑planned neighborhoods and established subdivisions.

Whether it’s a full‑time residence, a vacation rental, or a second home, our approach is the same: quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and a smooth building experience from start to finish.

In addition to new construction, we offer comprehensive remodel and renovation services. From updating kitchens and bathrooms to full‑home transformations, we help homeowners refresh, expand, and modernize the spaces they already love.

At Lipsey Home Builders, we believe your home should reflect your lifestyle, your goals, and your vision. Our team is here to guide you through every step—design, selections, permitting, construction, and beyond—so you can feel confident in the place you call home.
